Real Progress, Real Life: My Sept 8–14 Weight Loss Journal + an Exciting Update

Another week down—and another 0.8 pounds lost! 🙌
But more than the scale, this week was about momentum, mindset, and morning workouts.

My biggest non-scale victory? Not eating all the Ferro Rochers in the house (😂 seriously though). For me, that’s a sign of how much less power cravings have over me lately. I’ve been eating more intuitively, fueling my body with real food, and not feeling the urge to turn to treats just because they’re there.

This week I also started getting up at 5am to do my workouts. I’ve assigned a theme to each day to keep things fresh and focused:
💪 Metcon Monday
🧘 Thoughtful Thursday
🔥 Fitness Friday
And so on…

I’ve noticed a huge difference in my consistency, and while it’s not perfect, it’s progress—and that’s what this journey is about.
